EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
Return Eligibility
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, returns are generally not accepted once products are delivered.
Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery along with:
- Order Number
- Clear Photos of Damage
- Unboxing Video (Recommended)
Replacement
Eligible damaged products may be replaced after verification.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized Products
- Corporate Bulk Orders
- Plants damaged due to improper care after delivery
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method.
